It reduces dampness, grounds, and supports someone during challenging times.  Its stability supports the heart, allowing it to expand., Marjoram (Sweet) (Origanum marjorana) Origanum means “joy of the mountains” in Greek. Historically, Egyptians used it for perfumery and medicines. The Greeks planted it on the graves of their departed and for young, married couples.  Energetically, Marjoram strengthens and calms. Many associate it with its ability to calm the Qi-Energy of the heart., Rose Quartz has historical significance.  Cupid, the god of love, bestowed his gift of love to the world via the Rose Quartz.  It supports not just romantic love, but unconditional love as well. Take the oil and roll it onto your hand.  Rub your hands together, feeling the warmth.  Now inhale the scent. Feel where in your body this fruity and light smell resonates.  Feel how your body feel when you smell it. Pay attention to any colors you may notice. Now, place some of the oil in your hands above your chest or the heart chakra or anywhere else on your body that connects with the scent.
